Winter is a great time to prune your trees so they are looking their best for your Spring and Summer enjoyment. To help you with this we have a great team of qualified Arborists and Horticulturists, who are able to undertake a diverse range of work including pruning of fruit trees, dead wooding, formative pruning, thinning for light, and tree removals.  We can also trim your hedges for you.

Aotea Square Ceremonial Tree Planting

One of our current projects celebrated a milestone on Wednesday 30 June, 2010 with the planting of the first tree by the Mayor, Honorable John Banks.

The 5 metre tall Pohutukawa tree is one of 63 trees that we are planting in the square as part of it's current redevelopment.

St Patrick's Square Upgrade wins top award

At the New Zealand Institute of Landcape Architects Conference in Wellington, Boffa Miskell were successful in winning the George Malcolm Supreme Award for the redevelopment of St. Patrick's Square.

This was a project that our company was involved with as the suppliers and installers of the trees into the square.

Congratulations to Boffa Miskell on such a deserved win for an outstanding project.

Other projects that also won awards that we have been involved with were the St John's College Library Project (Gold for Boffa Miskell) for which we were arboricultural consultants, and the RSA Memorial in Manukau (Bronze for Chow:Hill) for which we supplied and installed red glass Aquaflow Porous Paving.

Congratulations also to both these design teams.
